- Experience in Business Development, project requirement analysis, drafting proposals, and negotiation with International clients
- Experience in handling email marketing leads and converting them to prospects/clients
- Experience in guiding email marketing team for quality leads
- Excellent PR skills to make long-term relationships with clients
- Online bidding expert on Upwork
- Experience in writing Proposals, Bidding for Web and Mobile Development

Required Candidate profile:
- Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience at various levels in Sales & Marketing
- Experience of minimum 4 years in international sales
- Experience in sales, marketing in IT Industry
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
